After much deliberation and discussion with the site owners regarding the extreme weather, sadly it has become necessary to rearrange VanWest. As we're sure you'll appreciate, this was a very tough decision but the recent persistent rain means that there's no way the ground can sustain the volume of traffic and your safety and that of our staff is our main priority.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but are sure you understand. The good news is that we have been able to rearrange the show at the same location over the weekend of 14th-16th September 2012. Please be assured that the show's theme, entertainment and everything else will remain the same and we very much hope that you can still come along and have a great weekend with us, albeit later in the year.
All the tickets and pitches you now hold will remain valid for 14th-16th September, so keep them in that safe place for a bit longer. If you can't make the new date in 2012, your tickets will be valid for VanWest 2013. If this is the case, please drop us a line or, indeed if you have any questions, just send us an email.
We are in the process of contacting everyone personally who has booked and are posting messages on Facebook and as many forums as we can but PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, can you help to pass the message on. We would really appreciate your support in this - we need to get the word around to those who haven't booked to try to catch those who are intend coming to VanWest on spec.

We are honoured to have been asked to host the 2012 Help for Heroes VW Charity Auction. After his epic European journey, John Fletcher of Vestige Ways is carrying on his mission byraising further funds and we'll be rattling the can for him at VanWest. The main auction will be Saturday evening in the entertainment marquee.
SATURDAY LUNCHTIME CRUISE WITH A DIFFERENCE!27three are organising a showground cruise for anything ecopowered. So, if you've got a BMX, scooter, skateboard, cardboard camper, or maybe a micro vw, pedal car, anything similar (or just yer legs) why not come along and join the fun? You get to parade your ride for the rest of the visitors to watch and enjoy and see the whole site at the same time. The cruise will last for about 45mins so everyone can see and be seen and will be totally onsite away from the public highway. Cruise leaves the 27three stand at 1pm sharp (see programme)
