CLUBS AT VANWEST

As always, clubs are more than welcome at VanWest and designated areas are set aside for club camping.

Here's what you need to do:

Contact us between 10th November and 10th February to reserve your club space, letting us know approximately how many pitches you need.

Get your club members to purchase their tickets either online (subject to a booking fee) or by post with no booking fee, making sure they mention on the booking the name of the club. Please use SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS to state the name of the club on either the postal booking form or online form.

Those pitches unclaimed and unpaid for by 10th February will be released for general sale. We will try to locate any of your late booking members close by but we cannot guarantee to get them into the same area - so booking in time is best.
