- I don't have a van can I come?
Yes


- I have a van but it's not a VW can I come?
Yes


- Can I come for just one day?
Yes you can, day ticket available on the gates on Saturday and Sunday, there are no other day tickets!  


- Can I stay for longer?
Yes you can, more details to come soon. 


- Can I bring my dog?
Yes! Friendly dogs are welcomed across the site. 


- Are there electric hook up pitches?
There are no electric hook up pitches at Vanwest 2024.


- Can I camp with my friends?
Yes you can, but pitches in general and family are on a first come first served basis, so you either need to arrive together or if you have ten or more vehicles attending you can book as a club.


- Can my club come and camp together?
Yes you can, if your club is not listed on the tickets page when you go through to the club section on the tickets page please email us.

- When do the gates open?
The gates open for camping at 09:00 on Friday until 21:00. There are no day visitors on Friday.
The gates are open from 09:00 - 18:00 on Saturday and day visitors must be off site by 18:00
The gates are open from 09:00 - 16:00 on Sunday with no entry / re entry after 16:00

- Can we have a fire or BBQ?
Open fires are not allowed, monitored contained fires / BBQs, raised off the ground are permitted.

- Can I fly my drone?
No unauthorised aerial drones of any kind are permitted over the site.

• Day tickets are available for Saturday & Sunday only!

Saturday gates open @ 9am and you need to be off site by 6pm.

Sunday gates open @ 9am and show closes at 5pm.
